Delivery Options

Tilt Bed Delivery

Tilt-bed delivery is our most popular and convenient delivery method.

A pickup truck pulls a hydraulic gooseneck tilt trailer measuring approximately 70 feet (21.3 meters) in total length. Once positioned, the trailer tilts, allowing the container to slide gently onto the ground while the truck drives forward.

No customer unloading equipment is required.

This delivery method is generally available within approximately 320 km (200 miles) of the dispatch facility. Additional transport charges may apply for deliveries beyond this distance.

Flatbed Delivery

Containers can also be delivered using a flatbed trailer.

Customers are responsible for unloading the container using suitable lifting equipment such as a forklift or crane.

One hour is included for unloading.

Additional unloading time is charged at $100 per hour.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all containers are packaged and shipped according to TrustBoxCo’s standard shipping procedures.

Minimum Delivery Site Requirements

To ensure a safe and successful delivery, your site should provide:

* 20ft Container: Approximately 33.5 meters (110 ft) of straight, unobstructed access.
* 40ft Container: Approximately 39.6 meters (130 ft) of straight, unobstructed access.
* Minimum 4.6 meters (15 ft) overhead driving clearance.
* Minimum 6.7 meters (22 ft) overhead unloading clearance.
* Minimum 3.0 meters (10 ft) width clearance along the delivery route.
* Firm, level, and stable ground capable of supporting both the delivery vehicle and container.
